athenian200
I can't find an option for this in the control panel. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit on a Core i7 VAIO laptop. The positioning is awkward enough that my knee or elbow gets caught on it and turns the volume all the way up or down. To be honest, the annoyance of having that there without a way to disable it is my only issue with this product. It's perfect in every other way, IMO. I'm talking about that little box in the center of the cord with blue LEDs.
OmniNegro
Honestly I think the only option is cardboard and tape. Be careful and you can make it impossible to accidentally press any button on the inline volume control.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 24, 2011 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 24, 2011 I am sorry but there is no way that I know of to Disable the in-line Volume control other than do not install the driver.
