Force3 90GB BSOD

This is my first Corsair SSD - the fifth SSD I own. This is the first time I've ever gotten BSOD's from one, so I'm a bit perplexed.

 

Issue:

After I'm done for the night on the laptop, I close the lid. Next morning, it'll wake up. I try to click anything and it'll freeze up for about 30sec then a BSOD telling me about a data dump. It then fails to restart. I turn off the machine, back on, and it's all good again.

 

The system is the new Dell XPS17 laptop. The HD was bought from newegg:

This is a fresh Windows 7 64bit install.
