AndrewJ
I know a ton of people are having the same problem as me... awful static in the left channel after 1 week - 1 month of use. I'm considering RMAing the speakers but will the replacements have the same problem? So has anyone RMA'd it after getting the static and had the 2nd speakers work just fine after a month? sistegraf
Hello AndrewJ, My Sp2200 speakers begun to make that cracking-dirty-dusty noise in the left speaker. I think it is the same problem that you are describing. How did it went for you? Did you returned it? Thanks...
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 14, 2011 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 14, 2011 Please check the connections I just tested a set that was reported doing this symptom and corrected it but unplugging and reinserting the cables. boneycat
Well chalk me up as one of the people experiencing static in the left speaker. I've had them now for about 4 months when this started suddenly. I was racking my brain resetting all the wired connections, moved the plug to different outlets and still get the static. I checked the sound drivers, but even unplugged from the computer I get static. How long is the RMA process? I also get a really low level high pitched constant sound too. Anyone get this as well?
