Response needed for RMA #1261184.

RMA # 1261184

CASE # 2322275

 

The RMA was issued late last week, however I contacted Corsair Support Saturday (10/15) requesting an advanced RMA as I can't afford to have any downtime with my PC. I have not heard back from customer support.

I actually emailed RMA@corsair.com saturday with my request. Is that not enough?

 

An email is not directly tied to your case # in the computer system. That's why we use TSX and case numbers. As noted by RAM GUY and my other post, use TSX or DIRECTLY contact Customer Service. We cannot assist you from Tech Support with this inquiry.
