iceveiled Posted October 19, 2011 Share Posted October 19, 2011 RMA # 1261184 CASE # 2322275 The RMA was issued late last week, however I contacted Corsair Support Saturday (10/15) requesting an advanced RMA as I can't afford to have any downtime with my PC. An email is not directly tied to your case # in the computer system. That's why we use TSX and case numbers. As noted by RAM GUY and my other post, use TSX or DIRECTLY contact Customer Service.
