no answer on the back of my stick

hello I do not understand after acceptance of my exchange for my stick TWIN2X1024-8500 which makes me more offers TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX G things I accept, but over new message I send to have information, but no new on sending a can I disappointed I expected a little communication with them,

my RMA number is 1258024 and 1257842.

If you could send me information on the memory stick or not? thank you
