RMA case #2318318

I waited about 5 business days to hear a response back on my issue, but nothing came.

 

I went to check the RMA request and found out I didn't write down the password and as such, used your "forgotten password" link you had on that support page.

 

Nothing came and found out I accidentally mistyped my email while making the RMA.

 

If possible, can I fix the email for this request or should I just make a new one.

Please call in and we can get that corrected, the number is listed under contact on the main site.

 

Also I corrected the first name as I think that is what you meant by SCO or SOC, and resent the conformation as well please let me know if you don't get the conformation and be sure to check your spam folder.
