Toasted
-Try a different SATA port. -Adjust your DRAM Voltage to the manufacturers spec. -Try a dedicated SSD power cable. -Change your SATA cable ( Preferably Right-angled)
mrdude38
Did all that, tried both my marvell sata 3 ports and my intel sata 2 ports, tried both the MS ACHI driver and intel driver with the RST app, all my voltages are auto, changed the cpu states so it would not enter C3 nor c6, changed the suspend from S3 to S1, and i'm still getting the BSODs after 5 - 10 minutes of being idle, what should i do? FoLmEr
Does the drive disappear after getting the idle BSOD's? (I'm assuming it's F4?)

mrdude38
Ok, just one question, since my SSD is my system drive, would I find any problems if I clone the SSD to an HDD to use temporarily? and will I have any other issues if I want to clone the image back? FoLmEr
Nope, there won't be a problem in that. It's just data. It doesn't care how it is stored :)
