Theworld
Hello, I've been sending mails to the RMA service and also used the conventional way of ordering replacement cables but never got an answer. I'm fine with paying for those cables because the PSU cost 134€. I want to buy modular Sata cables for my PSU. I hope someone can help me because I've got some drives to install. Theworld
Yes, I've sent an e-mail to the mail address in the thread and haven't got a reply in 3 weeks of time. I have no RMA number to post because I've got no reply. Is it possible to just order them?
Toasted
You need to Submit an RMA and request for the cables, then you will be issued with an RMA number. If you didn't get a reply within 24hours email jackflash or post your RMA number here.
Theworld
as already mentioned I've used the conventional way (email to Jackflash and RMA) but got no answer. I'm going to try it again, hope it will function
