quoc
how do I cancel an rma? I requested one for my ssd because I had the same problem everyone is having (BSOD then the drive no longer recognized by the BIOS). However I wanted to try other fixes suggested on the forum first. If the drive fails again, I will RMA it.
Wired
It will cancel itself after a month or 2 I believe. You can always respond to the RMA asking for it to be cancelled.
flyairbus
I was just wandering who should pay for the shipment of a drive when you make an rma. I hope that corsair handles the shipment, as we are in no way responsible for their faulty devices!
Wired
You pay for shipping to them and they pay for shipping back. Standard policy for every PC part manufacturer I can think of. Closest RMA depot to you would be in NL.

In any other case they whould get their A++es wiped in europe because you dont did anything wrong! (beside buying a SSD from Corsair, but i did the same mistake) best regards
Wired
http://www.corsair.com/support/warranty/ You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees. Also: Consumers may have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. We're both right. You pay for shipping to them UNLESS there's a law in your country that says otherwise.
