stc
Hi! I just bought 2pcs. of VS256MB400 today, my question is: When i go into my motherboard's BIOS Menu and check out my memory speed, it only shows DDR266 or DDR333, why is it so? should'nt I be able to choose DDR400 since my motherboard is already "DDR400 ready"??? Someone please help! Thank you ___________________ PC Specs. Wired
It's because that CPU doesn't have a 400 Mhz based FSB! It's 266 Mhz based, although with the right ratio I believe you can run at 333 Mhz.
