suaZman
Hello, Anyone every seen/heard of revision 3.1 for the twinx 3200LLPT series? What chips do these use? I have looked and searched but it seems v3.1 does not exist. Is this a labeling error? Thanks suaZman
xdkx
they are supposed to be BH-5 chips. there is another line of numbers on the labels. could you post that? in the other thread with the memory and chips used, it says v1.1, v2.1, and v3.1 are the same (labeling errors) but they stopped making BH chips last september or something..
Note 1: If you come across v2.1 & v3.1, they are actually v1.1 that were labeled "wrong" at the factory...In other words, v1.1, v2.1 & 3v3.1 all use the same chips...
suaZman
Yeah, I saw that thread but it makes no sense since I just bought this stuff from Fry's. It could not possible be those BH-5 chips if this memory is new. Anyhow here is exactly what is on the label: CMX512-3200LLPT XMS3205v3.1 0423053-3 XMS3200 512MB 400MHz 2326 Twinx suaZman

The chips used in this memory are: Samsung K4H560838F-TCCD They are simular chips used in the 3200XL with timings at 2-2-2-5.
