When I add the memory to my shopping cart and proceed to checkout it states that I have to pay a Value added tax. However when the memory gets here I have to pay the same tax one more time to get it from the post office. Shouldn't the online payed tax be refunded to me somehow or it is paid once online (the US?), and then once more here in Bulgaria? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
