CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Support Problem

Past couple of days I've had 3 BSOD events at seemingly random periods of PC use. Each time the problem was identified as "Memory Management". I ran Win7 memory test with both my 4GB modules installed, hardware errors found in first pass.


Took each module out in turn and tested again. One DIMM passed no probs, the other has hardware errors. So I'm guessing this is a faulty DIMM.


I would use the quick support program, only when I select my product code on there (as in topic title) the radio button is automatically selected as if I bought this as a single DIMM but I bought it as a pack 2x4GB in original Corsair double pack. So what do I do about that? There's no option deselect this statement.


Any help much appreciated.
