Move drive cage a few mm in front!

Hi,

Has anyone tried to move the drive cage a few mm to fit a 30 mm fan in the front on a 650D?

Any ideas how to do it in a proper way without moving the drive cage behind PSU?

Check the photo I took.

Take a plier and bend the rounded (red) edge, straight, or just cut them out. Thats the only way to fit in a 30mm thick fan inbetween. No need to do it at the back of the hdd cabinet since there is no round edge there. Thats what I intend to do when I need more hdd space.

You will have ~33mm of space inbetween but with the edge you have around ~28mm max.

Hope this helps

PS. Disregard the angle of the photo since it lacks 1 or 2mm here and there.
