Advance RMA - charged my card?

I got an advance RMA where they cross-shipped my ram to me. I received the ram fine, and in the meantime I shipped them the non-working ram. I was told that the temporary charge on my card would disappear once they received my package. Well the package has been sent for well over a week or so now. I just took a look and it seems they placed the charge on my card when they shouldn't have.

 

I never got a confirmation that they received my ram (the RMA# was on the outside of the package) but it should definitely be there by now. And now there's a $130 charge on my card. I contacted customer support but never got an email response.

Actually, now that's what's on my account. the weird thing is that the charges are a couple days away from each other, but yeah, it's working like you say.

 

I'd still like to be able to get a confirmation email or something if they've received the RMA. For some reason the RMA didn't show up in my account on the corsair site. Hmm...
