Calmwinds Posted June 19, 2011 Share Posted June 19, 2011 Hi guys, I just got a force 3 120 gb but haven't installed it yet 'cuz I'm not sure what drivers to install after. All I know is I have to unplug my data hdd and change to ahci mode on bios before installing win 7. After installing win 7 though, are there any particular drivers that I need to install for the ssd (ie controller, chipset and intel rapid storage technology) to function well? I have an asus sabertooth x58. I sort of lean towards windows generic drivers as they seem to be more stable for me. Really appreciate your inputs guys!!
