I'm very sorry but I was not able to use your configurator utility. :(((

So, I ask if CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9

(Corsair 8GB 2x4GB PC3-12800 1600Mhz-999 kit Vengeance black)

is compatible with the following mainboard:

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3/M4A88TM/#specifications

and the following processors:

http://products.amd.com/%28S%284wdkxxy5vk4f4g45hdsoak30%29%29/pages/DesktopCPUDetail.aspx?id=608&f1=&f2=&f3=&f4=&f5=&f6=&f7=&f8=&f9=&f10=&f11=&f12=&AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1

http://shop.amd.com/US/_layouts/shop/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=AD615EHDGMBOX&region=us-en

I have read that Vengeance product is compatible with AMD Phenom but I haven't found anything about Athlon II.

I would be very grateful for any direct answer or even some instructions on how to reach the information I'm searching using configurator or some other path.

Thank you.

They are compatible but these modules are made for and tested on Intel Sandy bridge, I would suggest you get modules made for your MB, DDR1333 or DDR1600 if you plan on over clocking.

Thank you for the info. But I would need some help to use http://www.corsair.com/learn_n_explore/, as I have said.

If I input AMD, I obtain only 1 result.

If I input ASUS, I obtain 357 results, but I have not found my motherboard code.

So, I do not understand where I can learn that the CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 is designed primarily for Intel Sandy bridge, and how, as you have suggested to me, http://www.corsair.com/learn_n_explore/ can tell me which modules are made for my motherboard (whose name I was not able to find anywhere).

Thank you.

P.S.: I'm not interested in overclocking. I want only understand which Corsair modules I can buy.
