the web page is running behind, i have received an RMA before the web page was even updated.

what shipping method did you use? you were encouraged to use a shipping method that provides you with tracking info from the shipper.

you can also call them with your RMA# to check as well.

The MB and CPU you have will not support DDR1066 memory what were the settings you had set for both CPU and memory?

And I have sent our customer service a message to check into that and contact you ASAP.

Well i cannot remember the settings as it was all set to auto in the bios, but what i can tell you is i swapped the memory for:

2x OCZ PC2-8500 DDR2 1066 2GB GOLD 2.15v and i get no errors with this.

Here is the output from "sudo lshw"

*-memory:0

description: System Memory

physical id: 2a

slot: System board or motherboard

size: 4GiB

*-bank:0

description: DIMM DDR2 Synchronous 800 MHz (1.2 ns)

product: PartNum0

vendor: Manufacturer0

physical id: 0

serial: SerNum0

slot: DIMM0

size: 2GiB

width: 64 bits

clock: 800MHz (1.2ns)

*-bank:1

description: DIMM DDR2 Synchronous 800 MHz (1.2 ns)

product: PartNum1

vendor: Manufacturer1

physical id: 1

serial: SerNum1

slot: DIMM1

size: 2GiB

width: 64 bits

clock: 800MHz (1.2ns)

I assume auto chooses 800 Mhz due to AMD CPU limitation, "DDR2 1066 is supported by AM2+ CPU for one DIMM per channel only"

http://uk.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM2Plus/M2N68AM_PLUS/#specifications

But still this does not mean i should get memory errors when running memtest.

Btw, i have proof of delivery from the postoffice, so hopefully they will find it somewhere.

The MB you have will support but you must be using a Phenom CPU for Native DDR1066 support other wise DDr800 only. And I have sent our customer service a message to check this as I stated previously!
