Hi, still no pre-paid shipping label. Sent mail to rma@corsair 24h ago but no answer.

 

RMA# 1233837 assigned 9.6.2011 01:51 (swedish time)

 

Looking into it ASAP. Sorry for the delay.

The shipment only SSD?

No screws, no support, no container SSD?

 

You can keep the screws and supportl. Ship only the SSD.

Is there more information available as to the nature of the defect and what sort of issues it causes.

 

I think one of my ssds is suffering from it.

I just picked them up from the store a couple of days ago after a long order waiting period and installed windows to find that i get blue screens every few minutes and it reboots it tells me one of the drives has dropped from the array.

 

When I hard reset its back and boots again, wait a few minutes and it crashes again.

 

The description of the problem just says performance issues so does this sound like something that would be covered by that?

 

also how long would it take to have a new set of SSD's sent out to me.

Would it be faster to go back to the store.

RMA was approved and assigned. It's almost been 48 hours and no shipping label.

Sorry to be a pain but I have still not received anything. Just a question for the guys who got their shipping labels: did you receive a new email about a shipping label? I haven't received an email but in one of my previous emails, the

address label that was generated had a "prepaid customer" label in the corner where it originally was "Place Postage Here".

 

Furthermore I'm afraid I never registered before applying for a RMA. Does that affect things?

The Force 3 did not live up to my expectations. Would there be any possability to exchange my Force 3 and the extra money with the GT version when it comes out?

 

No, I am sorry. This is not an option. You may want to see if your retailer can assist you with this.

Post either your case number or your RMA number if you have one.

I received my RMA number on 8th June 12:35pm GMT +2

 

I am located in South Africa, I guess that put me in a "remote location".

What must I do then? Ship it off by myself?

yes, i've read the first post many times...

 

RMA request was received on 6/7/2011 5:11:27 PM

RMA Approved on 6/7/2011 5:24 PM

RMA # Assigned 6/7/2011 5:35 PM

 

and, after several email to rma, still waiting to be contacted to arrange shipment! (48h are plenty passed away).

hope someone could tell me how to arrange the shipment because i need the ssd working (is my workstation)

hi, today i received the email with the invoice and the shipping label, not 48h but it's ok.

Thank's especially to Yellowbeard and to Corsair for the attention and interest to make all thing go good!

now i'm waiting for ups picking up!

Only one question where should I drop parcel, at post office or elsewhere I'm from GB (I printed my free post label and prepared the parcel according to instructions from corsair)

:confused: I can´t understand why Corsair isn´t able to arrange a prepaid shipping label to me. I have a UPS drop off point close to my location in Sweden which Corsair have used for previous orders to me. Case nr #2082613 RMA# 1233837
