Sent a note to RMA so hopefully get a corrected label soon,,, no biggie. I appreciate the effort Corsair is putting forth to correct the issues. giulianz Posted June 9, 2011 Share Posted June 9, 2011 Reply in your TSX case and explain what you need. i tried but i din't success, those part of the site is not so user friendly. when i'm in my case there's no button to submit again the rma or some form to write message. Unlike some of the other people on the forum I'm not experiencing any issues so far but I will still go ahead and RMA the drive. I received my confirmation mail yesterday. I hope it's not a problem that I had to write the address by hand on the package. However, great and fast support by Corsair. Wed 08.06.11 00:05 - Received "RMA Assigned" Thu 09.06.11 00:45 - Sent Mail to ask about my shipping label Still haven't gotten my pre-paid shipping label (Thu 09.06.11 22:27). Nearly 48 hours now ... Spam-folder has nothing related to Corsair. ... same problem (no pre-paid shipping label) - RMA #1233559 I have no active spam-filter. As I've been on vacation for the past five days I just saw the RMA solution and have submitted my request for a replacement drive via RMA. Thanks YB and Corsair for a quick solution. If you have individual concerns relating to your RMA such as shipping concerns, advanced replacement, shipping times, etc please do NOT post them here. It is impossible to properly address your concerns in a general forum thread. You will need to do 1 of 2 things. 1. Call us. 1-888-222-4346. 2.
