800D window cracked, No reply from anyone at corsair support

Hi, i recently bought a corsair 800D and it came with a cracked window and the retailer said to contact you as did the orange leaflet thing so i tried and i havent received a reply at all in the last week, and im getting really frustrated considering corsair are meant to have the best customer services in the tech world according to many people

Via email and the RMA online form.

 

I have the same problem with the form for customer services.

 

I sent about 4 messages over 10 days and have never got a reply.

 

My email server has no junk folder either, has to be a bug or something. Either that or they just have terrible customer support.

What was your case numbers I am sorry but there is nothing I can do with out that? Other wise I would strongly suggest you call them by phone the number is listed under contact on the main web site.

Your case 2058288 does not provide a shipping address and I have forwarded it to customer service spare parts requests, but if they do not have your address there is not a lot we can do.

I would suggest you install SKYPE and call the toll free number.
