Rma not going through!!

Having requested a rma for my tx850 psu (Fan stuck on 100% all the time)

 

i havn't heard anything back . Ave tryed everything to determine that it is the

 

psu stripped down computer twice can someone point me in the right direction

 

as to where i go from here ? cheers

Please use the link on the left and request an RMA and we can replace it

 

Have been waiting on the customer services for 2 days now

 

case number is Case #2074440 I havn't had any return info back

I created a new case number for you 2083307 and I sent you a message on you old case number with the pass word for the new case.

 

Would like to trouble you again m8 I am going to leave for work to Stirling in Scotland during the next week my computer is going with me would i be able to change my forwarding address to the address i am staying so the PSU can get sent to me there ?

Yes we can just need the address, but it will take 7-14 days before you get the replacement, will you be at the new address that long?

And I would need the address.

I posted the address to forward the psu through the forum?

I am sorry but you will need to conatct our Customer Service for that, if you give me the case number I can send them a message for you?
