stickerhed Posted June 1, 2011 Share Posted June 1, 2011 I have everything connected properly and I've tested the PSU according to an earlier thread with paperclip and 2 fans plugged in. Yet, nothing happens when I turn the power on. Where do I begin? I have checked all the stand offs, made sure the processor is in correctly and the heat sink fan is plugged into the proper socket. Both the ATX 12v_2x4 and the 24 pin power cord are plugged in. Please help, what should my next step be. The other systems I have built started right up no problems. stickerhed Posted June 1, 2011 Author Share Posted June 1, 2011 I've taken the mobo out of the case and placed it on a some cardboard. Removed all connections except memory & cpu. Still nothing. I again tested the PSU according to your earlier thread and it sending power. No noise or fan when I turn it on. Any help would be appreciated. Is there any way to test the mobo?
