TWIN2X4096-6400C5C rma ?

I purchased a CM2X2048-6400C5C 4gb kit from J&R.com that had one bad stick. I placed an RMA request on 1/05/10 at around 5pm eastern and received the automated return e-mail from Corsair. I provided all necessary information about my system and the trouble-shooting process to identify the bad memory. I have not received any other contact from Corsair regarding the RMA and was not able to call during work today. I have heard others having problems with the e-mail process and was hoping to find the best method to fix the situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
