I submitted a tech support request, and recieved a response saying I need to RMA (return to corsair) the product. Submit a ticket, hopefully they deem the same with you. edit: google translate for the win ;) Calmardo, tengo el mismo problema. He enviado una solicitud de asistencia técnica, y recibió una respuesta diciendo que necesito para RMA (vuelta al corsario) el producto. megosu
Hi, I have the same issue, with 2 different HS1 headsets. The windows speech recognition is stating "the computer did not hear you very clearly" and the bar barely move (volume is indeed set at 100%). Did you manage to solve this issue ?
