can't get an RMA number

I tried to use the web site to get an RMA but the site will not give me one because it said I didn't need it. My serial Number has more numbers than the one in the picture. Tried different combinations but with no luck. Sent in a email but have not receive a response(its been over 24Hrs). Don't try to call tech support because it goes straight to voice mail. Tried to back door with customer service but that got me to the same voice mail. Any suggestions other than sitting on my thumb?

This is your first post on the forum from what I can tell. What is the problem you're having?

I can't get an RMA through the Website. Was wondering if anyone else has this problem. I tried updating the firmware myself but it would not work. Now i have a drive that is ready to ship with no RMA. Just Frustrating to have the drive problems and not be able to update myself or get Corsair to get me an RMA easily. More waiting I guess.

Without knowing what item / part number you have, there's no way to find out what the actual cause of your issue is. What's your case number?
