sc204
I have 12GB of the above memory on an Asus Rampage III extreme mother board, I-920 processor. I have left the processor alone at present but can only reach 1333 MHz for the memory using the XMP setting in the bios. (latest Asus bios). Setting it to 1600 doesn't allow the board to get past the DRam in the POST. Any suggestions? Thank you, Stuart
Yupster_2501
I had the same issue on my Rampage III formula, trying setting the XMP 1600mhz profile and also manually setting the tRFC timing to 88, (default was 72 on mine) This made my system boot with all 12GB and be able to do 15 passes on intel burn test!
