Jpump
So, I spent most of today re-organizing the wires in my case because I had the side panel bulge. After I was finished, I wondered if I could remove the wires from the front I/O panel I wasn't using. The only one in use is the motherboard jumper pins. I took it apart, looked to see if I could remove them, and it doesn't look like they are able to be unplugged, at least to me. Has anyone done this, or know if the excess wires are removable? FlawlessSoul
They are soldered to the single PCB that makes up the FP. You could just coil them up behind the FP in the top of the drive cage.
Jpump
I thought so. Didn't look like they plugged in. I just have them coiled up on the side of the 5.25" bays.
