karndog Posted December 30, 2010 Share Posted December 30, 2010 I sent a request for an RMA for my HX650 and it was approved on the 7th of December 2010 and assigned the following day. I was given the Case #1797339 and RMA #1199656. When i sent an email to support because i wasnt able to check the status of my RMA on the website for some reason (just sent me in a loop to fill out my original RMA request form again) I received two reply's on the 22nd of December saying: "Hello! Corsair Technical Support has sent you a message regarding Case #1824203 Please do not reply directly to this e-mail as this address is not monitored. Logging in with the new case number and password i got the messages: "nothing has been received as of yet. " Has there been some sort of problem with my RMA? Has it been received yet? Why did my case number change? Its been almost 3 weeks since i sent it i would've thought it wouldve arrived by now. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
