jacob weber
I am looking at getting the GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R, and Intel i950 processor, and was looking for a 3 slot memory solution, either 6gb or 12gb. Wired
They'll all work. 4 is probably the best choice.
jacob weber
I think I changed my mind on the Gigabyte board above, but how about 4) working with the Asus Sabertooth X58. Thanks so much for the info! :)
Wired
They're all triple stick kits and therefore compatible with all Core i7 9xx CPUs, and therefore compatible with all x58 motherboards.
Falquian
Dear Friends, Due to a PC crash I have had to replace my motherboard and my memory (along with my CPU). I bought Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R and the CMZ12GX3M3A1600C9 12GB kit. Everyting is working properly but the memory is working at 1033 MHz instead at its expected 1600 MHz. I sent a question about this issue to Gigabyte customer support but I have been refered to Corsair customer support :sigh!: Do you know what I am supposed to do to get my memory working at its correct speed? I am not fond of Trial&Error procedures, so I am coming to the source :o: Thank you very much in advance. Best regards
