lionatwork
Hi! I have a Question regarding the combination of the F240 with a MacBook Pro 13" 2010 (Nvidia MCP89 AHCI SATA Controller). I had a OCZ Agility 2 till nok, and like the Vertex 2 id has a lot problems with the MackBook pro's. I had system freezes, and data losses (once it killed my partition) with the OCZ SSD. My Question is, if there are some known Problems with the Drive Force F240 in an MBP, since the both use the new Sandforce controller. I'm looking for an new SSD since i've retourned the OCZ to the vendor. Many Thanks!
Wired
It's not recommended to use SandForce based drives in OEM systems. Get a Samsung based drive: http://www.corsair.com/products/ssd_performance/default.aspx
