DEX1
 Just got a new HS1. Have win7 64 which sees the HS1 when plugged in a USB port. Installed driver OK and can play with the Configurator but no sound whatever no matter what I set it to. The blue volume lights are nice. Is there a secret on/off switch or is this DOA ??? DEX1
Also ran dxdiag which sees the HS1 as working with "no problems"....
DEX1
I don't if it's just me or my X-Fi, but I checked my sound output defaults and the HS1 was listed as a "communications device". Set it to "Output" and AMAZING sound playing MP3, WMA files with different settings. Anyone else have to change their sound default setting? webbiz12
I have the same problem and have tried to change the HS1 to default but its greyed out. Also not sure where to go to change the comunication device to output either so any help would be great. Webbiz12
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 22, 2011 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 22, 2011 IN Control panel you should find the Windows Audio properties Icon and I would start there for the default Audio device.
