600T Hard Drive Wiring Problem

Hello all,

 

Im a new owner of a 600T, and Ive run into a problem when wiring my system. :confused: Ive got two SATA hard drives in one hard drive rack (the one on the bottom), and I cant seem to wire them in a way to avoid a bend in the wire. Everytime Ive tried I get a bend thats big enough not to allow the case back panel to close. Im not sure how folks have fixed this problem, but Im at a loss, and I need some help. My PSU is a Corsair 650W if that helps any.

You talking about the data cable or the power cable?

The Sata Power cable. Ive gotten the data cable to connect just fine.

Wires are more flexible than you think. Try really pushing the wire into the shape that you want - it should bend to conform.

If you can't get the wire to bend, a 4 pin molex to SATA power adapter can be used. One of those might be more flexible than your PSU connector.

well I figured out how to get it done. I hooked one sata connector into a hard drive in one rack, and installed the second rack beside it with a power connector going to it. So it all worked out.
