fropstar
I have a corsair survivor 16g I have it full of documents I wish to delete all of those documents I cannot Write protection So i started a RMA, get 2 emails stating i need to send it America or Holland AND I HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE I live in the UK and am not willing to send private documents, to a company i realy don't trust, to a foreign counrty and have to pay for the privalage. Very poor customer relations. I work for a company that builds road sweepers, if something is wrong, we pay for the shipping of the replacement part(s) to anywhere in the world, any part from a nut/bolt/washer to a 7Tonne body. No questions asked. And apart from that i have private document's like a copy of my passport, birth cert, even a copy of my national insurence number all the info a person needs to clone my whole life Please RAM GUY do not patronise me with "Or contact our customer service with your previous RMA and they will take care of you" or "If you still have problems, let’s get it replaced" So could i please get a decent responce from some one that has an idea for what i can do, because i have read about 30 different posts on this forum all with the same problem, and not one has had a good outcome that i can see. Sorry for this but i have had enough And yes the latest bad review on amazon.co.uk is from me many thanks

We have offered you a replacement drive and a step by step, beginner level, illustrated guide to solving your problem. The process I have outlined above is VERY easy and it will not damage your computer. It takes less than 5 min. Additionally, I assure you that no one at Corsair is going to read your documents should you RMA the drive. If you are aware of some resolution here that is satisfactory to you that we have not offered, please post it here.

The issue you have apparently cannot be solved using Windows based on what you have posted so I linked the most appropriate solution to your problem. I am genuinely confused here. You asked for a solution, we offered you one, and you refuse to try it. I am not sure what else we can do in this situation.
