How discuss with tech support with a RMA ?

Hi all,

 

I have return a set of TWIN2X2048-6400C4 with a RMA (#1194909) last week.

 

Corsair propose an alternate replacement: TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX . I agree with but i can't find where i can write my response in the web interface !? :[pouts:

 

I don't find a email for direct tech contact, so i arrived in the forum :laughing:

 

Is there a solution ?

You will have to log back in your case and reply to the message there should be a link in that message you got.

Or call our customer service the contact information is on the main web site under contacts.

Thx for your response. I found why i can't reply in the www interface. If I use my Mozilla FireFox, i got this message

So I try with IE8 , and i can discuss with tech support.

Try and copy the link manually and then paste it to your browser. That is a common error. Sometimes your browser will trunk the links so make sure its copies all of the link.
