tx850w won't turn on computer after the computer is turned off for a few minutes

I recently bought a tx850w and I notice sometimes I can't turn the machine on. I have to press the switch couple times before it would turn on. So I thought the switch had problem and I tested it with 2 other power supplies but they ran fine. I also hibernated my system to bypass the switch and the same result happened. I tested with 3 different power outlets and the results were the same. I check the power supply calculator on the site and my tx850w should be enough to provide enough juice for my spec. Furthermore I stopped overclocking the cpu and my graphic cards but the problem persisted. Is my PSU faulty?

I would make sure that you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard and then load defaults in the BIOS. If the TX850 still gives you the same problems while the other PSUs are working normally then lets get the unit replaced!
