moviecom
Cause of a transportation problem my new HX850W was stored 72hrs on -10°C / 14°F. Should I return the package or is this no problem for the components of the power supply? PS: I din't find any info about storage temperature in the manual. Wired
I'd return the package, as that's well below standard operating temperatures for any PC.
moviecom
There's often a big difference between store and operating temperatures, so maybe -10°C/14°F was okay. I would like to get an answer from an engineer, preferred a Corsair employee.
Yellowbeard
This should not affect the PSU at all. Use it and if there is any issue, we'll replace it.
