arthurl
Case#1782240 Two months ago I RMA'ed bad memory, got back a replacement that turned out to be faulty, so I waited another month for this replacement. I then got sent the wrong part. It's been 4 days since I submitted a technical support request through the website and I have yet to receive a reply. How often does this happen? Can I be sent the proper part quickly so that I can have the RAM I need before Christmas? It takes about 10 days to send the RAM to Corsair from Australia, then another 2 weeks for you guys to process it and I'm tired of waiting. arthurl
Thanks for responding, but it's been a full working week and your customer reps still have not responded to my query. Is there a phone or email that I can get in touch with someone who has the authority to deal with this straight away? This waiting is becoming a pain - being unable to use the computer for two months is inconvenient to say the least.

arthurl
So I got a reply today - technical support is trying to troubleshoot my problem - asking me what my CPU and memory settings are set to. The problem is that I do not currently have any memory in my system. Here is technical support trying to troubleshoot my settings, when the problem is that I have been sent the wrong part. Frustrating, to say the least.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 7, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 7, 2010 If you are trying to get our customer service to send you something else I am sorry but it would be best to call them by phone and see what they can do. P.S. I do see where our customer service offered you another part, but I do not see where Tech Support asked you any questions in this case.
