RMA #1197295 - Defective Parts Not Yet Received

I recently sent my TX650 PSU back to the Corsair Netherlands address from the UK:-


RMA #1197295

Case #1771332


The parcel tracking is showing that this was delivered and signed for on Friday the 26th at 10:09am by RUWAARD, however the TSX status page still displays as "Defective Parts Not Yet Received".

I have tried emailing customerservice@corsair.com yet received no reply, is it possible to give them a poke to look into/update me on this please? :)

I'm in the same situation.


This time with a HX650 PSU, to the Netherlands from the UK.

The package was signed for on the Wednesday the 24th and I sent a message to customer services using the web form on Friday 26th to confirm whether it had been received and I haven't had a response yet.

Our hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time Monday Through Friday Excluding Holidays, since you all posted this we were not in the office...

I have sent an email to our customer service so I would expect a reply with then next few hours.
