joesuncpa
Hi, I have 8 GB of Corsair TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX in my system and every day I get a BSOD shut down. I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic and it is reporting an error. What to do? Should I go with other memory? Can anyone recommend memory that work well with this motherboard and Windows 7 64 Bit? Wired
What's the version # of each stick and what speed / timings / voltage are you running the memory at? Test one stick at a time at rated specs with Test one stick at a time in each slot using Memtest86+.
joesuncpa
I have everything set as Auto in Bios, no overclocking. The first two I bought were Ver 4.1, then I added two more which are Ver 3.4. I ran Memtest86+ and the last stick came up with errors. I'm guessing I should RMA it with Corsair. Should I send back both Ver 3.4 since it was one of those that was bad? This way I will have a new matching set?
