Con90
Hello dear fellowmembers of the forum! I'm new here so please bear with me and ask any questions if you dont understand mine. The question is as follows; I have a TR3X6G1333C9 and Asus Sabertooth x58, that works fins every time i press the MemOk button. If i sometimes forget to do it it just bluescreens on me and restarts. However, when i'm successfully inside Windows 7 64bit i noticed that all the free memory stars to become cached memory without going back. So i wonder, is TR3X6G1333C9 really compatible with Asus Sabertooth or do i need to buy new ones:confused: Best Regards
trackrat
Welcome. Yes the TR3X6G1333C9 is compatible with the i7-9xx series CPUs and the Asus Sabertooth X58 mobo. Do you have the latest BIOS? Asus corrects mobo issues with new BIOS. You can clear/reset CMOS and start over. You can also test each DIMM one at a time with Memtest 86+ to see if any errors occur. http://www.corsair.com/products/corei7/faq.aspx
Con90
Thank you for your answer. However, i saw in the manual that it's only version 2.21 that is compatible, how do i look if i have 2.21?
Wired
No, it means they only tested with that version, not that it's the only one compatible. ALL versions of that part number (and any X58 memory they make) are compatible with all X58 motherboards and corresponding CPUs.
Con90
Ty, i updated my bios and the bluescreens dissapeard. However, i'm still having the cacheproblem. Although i know i'm not the only one having this problem, should i be worried?

Con90
No picture yet! At the moment i'm running memtest86+ and i've noticed something weird. First of the mhz for the rams says 534 MHZ (DDR3-1069). However, the really weird thing is the latency(CAS) 8-8-8-20, shouldnt this be 9-9-9-24?
