Rebellious
I accidentally broke one of the "pins" holding the front panel hatch in place, and am now wondering if there is any way to get it replaced, free of charge or otherwise? I love the case, and want it complete again, poor thing! Thanks in advance!
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 16, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 16, 2010 Request an RMA for the 800D and in the description area just let us know that the case does not need to be replaced and you need the front hotswap drive bay door. We should be able to get a replacement sent out to you.

Merc
I had the same thing happen when I removed the scratch protection and popped the door open the first time. Is teh replacement door more sturdily made (metal pins instead of plastic)?

amcfarla
I have had two break on me(second one tonight) the first one they replaced the door without a problem. I think they need to modify this so they do not break so easily.
waterlogged
I sent two RMA requests and haven't had any response regarding both pins breaking on me while I was removing the protective tape. Is there a faster way of getting the replacement pins? I don't need a door. Thanks.
Layback Bear
I have the same problem with the cover in the front over the 200mm fan. Both pins broke off. How do I get this problem solved? I have had this case about a week. It's a 600T. The proble seams to be with a lot of modles.
waterlogged
Given the number of complaints I've seen with these pins breaking, you'd think they'd either make them in metal or re-engineer the entire thing to be more sturdy. It's been over a week and I still haven't been contacted by Corsair support...
Hagar
Same problem, pins were broken on arrival with my 600T for the front panel. Also two support requests with no answer so I suspect everybody is busy there. No big deal, I can wait. The only very minor flaw in a very well engineered case.
