aeronics
I have the "CMXAF1" and have recently developed a vibrating / rattling noise coming from the "CMXAF1". When i boot the my pc noise is starting and after 10 or 20 minutes it dissapears. I removed the "CMXAF1" out of my case and powered up but the noise kept on. After that i put my finger gently onto the fans center and observed that the 3rd fan from the cable inlet of the "CMXAF1" is producing the noise. Is it possible to RMA it or do i have to change the fan manually?

aeronics
I bought the fan as a part of kit of TWIN2X4096-8500C5D nearly 2 years ago. I lost the invoice and the company i bought was closed. A problem had occured in one module and ı RMAed the modules with RAM#1145737. I can not find the part number of the fan. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 11, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 11, 2010 Please conatct our customer service with your previous RMA and see if there is anything they can do, but normally the fan is a one year warranty.
