Sent in my RMA parts via International EMS Express Mail and was scheduled to be delivered 10am in the morning yesterday (November 8th) and nobody opened the door at Corsair for the package, the mailman had to leave a notice. I no longer reside in NYC despite of my username, I'm now 8000 miles away, based in Hong Kong. We are a large company they will redeliver. But you can call our customer service if you like. However, I do see the return address is in Hong Kong so I think everything will be fine.
