RMA case 1192471

After a long trip (small vacations :P) everything was solved on the road :D.

Sent some mails to your customer service, but with no response, called your customer service in the US (1 888-22-4346), it only worked from 8-5pm (Pacific time, that is -8 hours than in my country :P) no can do...


Fortunately a friend at work managed to find the number of your Netherlands dependency (Removed not public). Who answered the phone was very helpful and quickly gave me the Tracking Number of the UPS.


After contacting UPS, I scheduled and hour for the package to be delivered tomorrow.


I wasn't expecting receiving the part so fast, since it was only Delivered to you on the 4th of November. To avoid this, maybe you should give to UPS the phone number of the destination, or even an email with the Tracking Number.
