Lam
Hello RAM dude :) I've got me one of those Padlocks which three times has prompted me for a reformat. The last time I think it died a bit, since now I just get an unknown device in Windows, when I insert the drive. I've succeeded in removing the PIN, but it still doesn't work. Also, I've got two Voyager GT 16GB's with almost identical problems: one is not recognized, when I insert it in any computer, the other looks like an empty drive-slot to the computer - it appears as an empty drive in explorer. It seems to have gotten quite hot, as the rubber just slid off leaving the hardware in the usb slot the last time it worked. Would it be possible to create a single RMA ticket and return all three drives together? TIA ../Thomas
