slyphnier Posted November 6, 2010 Share Posted November 6, 2010 hello everyone i am with new built pc right now, the mobo is gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 revision 0.2 and i updated the firmware to version FB the issue i get is with Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.) setting i get 7-8-7-23-2T instead 7-8-7-20-2T is this normal ? i might can set it to 7-8-7-20-2T manually, but isnt it Corsair EMP should automatically set latency correctly ? do my RAM faulty ? please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

slyphnier Posted November 6, 2010 Author Share Posted November 6, 2010 hi thanks for the info and thats why i kinda curious, as the spec on corsair site show the latency 7-8-7-20-2T so the ram should run with that latency right? if the ram not supposed to run at 7-8-7-20-2T, then corsair should publish the correct latency instead (7-8-7-23-2T in my case) while i know this wont have big impact in performance but i want to make sure my memory is ok (not faulty) hope corsair reps can help me confirm this issue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
