TW3X4G1333C9A BSOD on cold boot

Hi, using 2 sticks of 2gb TW3X4G1333C9A (ver 2.2) with Biostar TA890GXB HD and AMD X3 445 (no overclocking). BSOD ( BAD_POOL_HEADER) on boot when machine has sat for several hours. I boot into safe mode a couple of times and then reboot and all is ok. If I power down and then restart after warm, no problem. This is a new build and I have performed clean install of Win 7 two times with same problem.

Have run Memtest86+ with differing results, most of the time all is ok, a couple of times errors found. I have confirmed that voltage is set to 1.5. MB originally defaulted voltage to 1.6. I could please use some help on trouble shooting...do I need to run Memtest when machine is cold? Is this RAM compatible with MB?

Thank you
