BradTN
I noticed my f60 about 90% of the time when rebooting would boot REALLY slow so i found the culprits to be my 2 usb externals i have plugged in nearly 24/7 . My question is , is it possible to keep my externals plugged in without windows or my motherboard or w/e is doing it checking them and slowing my boot time? cause unplugging them to boot and replugging them in is not the greatest solution, thanks for all the help guys
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 1, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 1, 2010 You should really take that up with the MB or system manufacturer.
Synbios
When your machine is taking a long time to boot, I'm guessing it is the POST that is taking a long time. Sometimes USB storage devices can slow down the POST. You have to disable them in the BIOS or unplug them, but this has NOTHING to do with the Force drive.
