Bloodybunny
I have 2 2gig sticks. Memtest finds nothing wrong. Computer works fine with one stick but BSOD with the other. Iv tried the other slots as well. Hard to test cause its only on cold boot. I know which stick is bad so my question is can i RMA just the bad one? Or do i have to send them both back and not be abile to use my computer?
Wired
Moved from the General Questions area. Step 1. Get an RMA for the KIT. Step 2. Contact Customer Service about an Advanced RMA.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 29, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 29, 2010 Either way, but the reseller may be able to do the replacement faster than we can. However if you want to do it directly with us please use the link on the left to request an RMA
